Karachi is the housing and construction hub of Pakistan. Second, as the construction industry was in the state of inertia, the building material vendors and market too were stagnant and hardly there were bulk buying for projects in Karachi sometimes ago. The BMT Pakistan Dirctor Sales Syed Daniyal Ali says over this development “tremendous buying of building materials and their logistics were recorded when Bahria Town Karachi started construction activities in Karachi. Similarly the real estate attained such a huge boom, which was unprecedented in the city.”
